The pressure of being high

High blood pressure what were you thinking?
I can't tell you when it started but according to my doctor my blood pressure is high. She asked me if I worked in a stressful place, when I told her I worked guest services and photo lab at Target she made that "Oh shoot I see what you mean" face.
Thats not all thats causing my body
to freak, its also my life at home thats adding to it just not so much. In less than a year we will be packing up our plop and moving out of California. Needless to say I'm super stoked about getting out of this bunghole city. I'm stressed out about where I'm going to live and if I will have a roomie. But Lilly you are married what gives? Long story short my husband is going to school in Wyoming for about a year and I'm not giving up another job to move there as well and start out at the bottom. I have worked so hard at getting where I am today. I'm going to get a transfer home and get a place and wait for his school to be over. Sounds like a plan but without someone to share rent with it will be extreamily hard to find a place I can dwell.
I have a potential roomie but thats all up in the air but I'm nervous that it won't work out in my favor and then I'm SKA---ROO---ED!
So thats why my blood pressure is a wee bit out of wack. Once again however Google has come to my rescue and supplied me with enough information and tips on how to lower my pressure. Starting with a diet...blah! I knew there would be a downside! More fruits and veggies, less salt. Then there is exercise....once again my chubby bubble butt isn't happy about that. I thought I was getting enough exercise at work. I work roughly 30-38 hours a week the last thing on my mind is a bowl of fruit followed by a few carrot sticks and then a nice schweaty workout. By the way my husband is home when I get there and I don't exactialy want him to see me work out. I'm sure I would be a riot to watch.
I know the doctor could give me pills to down and that would take care of the problem. But the last few times I have been in for a check up they mention the high blood pressure but never opt to do anything about it. I think I will take the first step to do it myself rather than taking those steps into the hospital while I'm clutching my chest and wondering to myself why I didn't do any thing sooner.
Just as a matter-of-fact its cheaper to buy food thats bad for you than it is to keep yourseld stocked with things like fruits, veggies, and fish just to name a few. I'm going to try but I doubt it will last long. The budget here isn't bad but its not also good enough to be able to do alot of things like get good things for your body.....hummmm lipo would help....well it would help me be less fat!
I will try and keep you posted on my updates and also post more in here. If you want me to talk about any topic just let me know in the comments. I'd be happy to.
