Paper or plastic ........shirt??

Yikes! Ebay ugly appears again to rear its fugly head. This one cought my attention as I was on the hunt for Halloween inspirations. This year I have decided to go as the Rainbow queen. (If you all are nice I'll post a pic of me in my costume)
Anyhoot, I was about to scroll past this fascinating top when I did a double take and noticed it looked like it had a plastic coat.
When I looked at the picture in a larger size I was still unsure of what I was seeing.
I was planning on asking the seller what was up with it but then it wouldn't have been very fun for you now would it?
If you are curious, yes it sold for a mind boggling $4.85 (+$4.65 S&H)
Maybe Willow can kill it with her new and imporved swiffer.
